I’m the CEO of Motive Offshore Group. We specialise in the design, manufacture, rental and inspection of marine and lifting equipment. Motive has five global bases: the UK, Norway, the UAE, America and Taiwan and we run projects all over the world. We create multi-sector solutions, first starting in oil and gas industry and now diversifying into sustainable energy sectors. Putting the client first has always been at the core of the business. We have grown strategically to increase our offering, integrating our services so that we can offer multi-sector solutions that are tailored to the needs of our client.
When the Motive first started, we were a team of four and now there’s over 200 of us globally.
