With over 30 years of experience in the valve supply, service, and repair industry, I have developed extensive expertise in managing valve operations, particularly for the UK Oil & Gas sector. My career began with a four-year apprenticeship in instrumentation engineering, where I gained foundational technical knowledge in process control systems. This set the stage for my transition into the valve manufacturing industry, where I spent five years taking on roles that ranged from workshop engineer to senior sales engineer.
During this time, I developed a deep understanding of valve production, project management, and global sales. My technical skills were further honed as I worked closely with engineers and clients to deliver complex valve solutions, while my transition into international sales allowed me to develop strong customer relationships and expand my understanding of the global market.
I then moved into a sales management role at a valve repair company, where I led teams in delivering high-quality service and repair solutions. My experience there gave me unique insights into the lifecycle of valve products, from manufacturing to maintenance and repair. After five years in this role, I transitioned to the business management side, first as Valve Business Manager and later as Control Valve Business Manager. These roles allowed me to lead sales and operations efforts focused on providing control valve solutions for critical applications.
For the last 16 years, I have owned and operated a valve supply and service company, where I have built a reputation for delivering reliable products and services to key players in the UK Oil & Gas industry. My business thrives on offering top-tier valve management and repair solutions, always focusing on client satisfaction and operational excellence.

My ultimate goal is to position my company as the market leader in the supply, service, and repair of control valves and related products, including isolation valves, for the UK Oil & Gas industry.
