Phil is the Chief Executive Officer of Well-Safe Solutions and serves on its Board of Directors.
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organisation, Phil has been instrumental in driving the vision and strategic direction of the business since inception in August 2017. Steering the business from a startup organisation to a company with more than 400 employees, acquiring three offshore drilling assets and repurposing them for well decommissioning, delivering international expansion, and significantly increasing revenue generation with year-on-year growth.
Phil is a strong leader within the organisation with a leadership style that drives motivation, responsibility, and accountability within the Well-Safe team. With over 30 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas sector and extensive technical knowledge in all aspects of a well lifecycle, Phil has a strong focus on creating a model that assists the industry with the delivery of safe and efficient Well Decommissioning projects.
